I ordered this remote for my mother-in-law and father-in-law. There previous remote had died and they struggled to get technical support. I got the code off the old remote and ordered this one. When it came in, all I had to do is put batteries in and it worked perfectly. No set up or pairing needed. It arrived when it said it would.

the sound up and down i cant get to work ,the on and off i cant get to work,channel up and down does work.

Bought this remote for the audio feature and it works great. I was initially surprised at the high price but I guess it’s the audio feature. However, after 3 weeks the up volume button doesn’t work so replacing it with same remote. Hope it holds up better for the price.
