These are as described but you must use a long time to see results I guess so....I am not sure on this at least as of yet. I will update this after using them for several months if I decide to do that 😀 They do not upset my stomach at all like some product can.

I read the ad at least three times to be sure there was no black pepper in this. Please look at the image and you’ll see that black pepper is not listed. I am highly allergic to black pepper and carry ann EpiPen for it. I am told I cannot return this. I am very disappointed and feel cheated.
