Probably that it is good for skin and hair
I’ve used sibu buckthorn for years. Glad I can find it. I used to buy it in a health food store. I think it helps my skin.

Seem good, but needs quality transparency
I've just finished my first month with Sibu Omega-7 Plus Softgels, a product I wwanted to try due to its unique source of Omega-7 from sea buckthorn berries, not to mention the added benefits of Omega-3, DHA, and Vitamin D3. This is definitely not your typical fish oil supplement!First off, the softgels are easy to swallow without any unpleasant aftertaste, which is a big plus for me since I struggle with taking pills. I started noticing some subtle benefits after about two weeks, particularly with my eyes feeling less strained after long hours at the computer, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I must point out that while the product is certified organic and GMO-free, there is no clear information about third-party lab testing or cGMP certification of the manufacturing process. As someone who values transparency in supplements, I find this to be a drawback. In terms of results, while the effects on my cardiovascular health are hard to measure in the short term, the support for eye moisture was noticeable, which might be enough to keep me coming back. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a plant-based alternative to fish-derived Omega supplements, but with the caveat of the need for more transparency from the brand about their quality controls.

This Omega-7 is not from the sea!
When i was introduced to Sea buckthorn I, like most people, I thought it was like the Omega oils we have been using for ages. But no, it comes from a tree, it is a berry. A berry with a big punch of support for not just your skin and hair and other cosmetic interests but it is a great support for your cardiovascular system too and helps fight inflammation in general! There is extra DHA (supports brain health) included and Vitamin D3!This little supplement is all encompassing and something that we could all use. This Omega-7 by Sibu offers a 1-month supply. The suggested dosage is 2 a day. I finished off 1 bottle and after the month the first benefit I received was support for my eyes. It really helped with keeping my eyes moist and helped relieve some of the problems with computer vision most of us get! As in all vitamins and herbs they do not work overnight. If this is the right nutrient for you It may take anywhere from a week to several weeks to notice benefits. Noteworthy however, if you are on any prescription medications it's important to consult your medical professional if you take this supplement. Sibu brand state on their label they are GMO free, certified Organic but I see no reference to 3rd party lab testing and cGMP of their manufacturing facility. Lab testing is so important now a days. Overall, I do recommend this Omega 3 by Sibu.

Plant-based beneficial Omega 3, 7, and 9 fatty acids and DHA
When I first opened this bottle of Omega 7 Plus softgel capsules I thought the contents smelled like raisins. These soft gels are easy to swallow , and the capsules and the entire product are vegan.I ordered this because I am very interested in ethical and non-animal based sources of essentialand non-essential fatty acids.A primary source of Omega 7 fatty acids for most people is dairy. But the cows have to be grass fed for the dairy products to contain Omega 7 . Just one week after the cows are taken off of a grass diet the fatty acid concentration in the milk declines significantly. It’s one of the reasons people are willing to pay more for products from grass-fed cows.I don’t know much about Omega-9 so I looked it up on Wikipedia. The article mentions that some vegetarians and semi-vegetarians can develop EFA deficiencies . I would say that I am a semi-vegetarian , and maybe I should keep a sharper eye on my fatty acid intake.I like that the sea buckthorn berries are harvested by indigenous people in the Himalayas .

Smells awful / Formula unconvincing
I’m familiar with Omega-3s, but have never heard of Omega-7s or Omega-9s, and I’ve heard you should limit intake of Omega-6, so I think I’m going to have to research this formula before I feel comfortable using it or believe the claims stated on the product listing. One thing that’s clear though is that these gel caps smell awful and the taste is something like a weird version of maple syrup. I do notice that as bad as these taste before swallowing, I haven’t noticed a lingering aftertaste once taken, which is good, but for the moment I’m unconvinced.

Sibu beauty
These capsules are small and. Very easy to swallow! You take 2 per day and each bottle will last 30 days with daily use. Sibu beauty uses sea buckthorn oil to help improve your overall health. These capsules offer many benefits, but I started taking them for beauty purposes. While I did notice a difference in my skin and nails after 30 days, I’m not sure if I would order these capsules again since they are a bit pricey
