Funny but it seems to be working
It avoids mouth to open wide. However I need to use 2 strips so it’s more effective. Doesn’t completely stop the snores but reduce it enough to be bearable. The positive side is that I can still use lip moisturizer unlike the lip strip. The negative is that it’s quite pricey and I look funny with my pouted lips.
