After using these for a few weeks, replacing my previous brand, I've been happy with it. I don't take magnesium daily but do need it for muscle spasms a couple of times per week. The best magnesium.
I've heard from the doctors and other people this is the best type of magnisum to take. I got it for anxiety. But I don't use it bc I never noticed a difference. But that doesn't mean it won't work great for other things. And it don't mean it's not a great product. Five stars.
