The lock is elegant and comes with host of features and options. I liked the packaging and instructions for installation was straightforward.The lock is good and strong. The issue I faced was that although the product said free installation, unfortunately they did not have any installation personal in my city, hence I had to arrange for the installation myself.The other issue I faced was that the lockKept of giving anti Pry alarm, I was not able to find how to deactivate the anti pry alarm on the instructions or on their website. I had to call lavna video support which promptly provided a solution.

It’s working really well , just installed yesterday. So easy to setup , bang for this price. Have to check the longevity.

First thing first - this is a very convenient tool. You can unlock ur door without having to reach the door.List of pros –• Very user friendly and convenience at your fingertips• Can unlock from any part of the world (if your home wifi is working)• No need to carry physical keys (no fear of losing your keys or getting locked out) as long as u have your phone, finger or passcode with you. Various modes and methods of unlocking, very handy!• Lock works with both bluetooth and wifi - big plus• Keeps a record of who unlocked and when, good to limit unnecessary access to helps. Not sure though for how many days you can store this information for, I have for more than 2 months’ data.• Camera works really well, and via wifi unlock, you can see the person who rang the integrated doorbell. You can also use the camera to keep an eye outside without letting anyone know 🧐• Rechargeable battery which lasts really long (needed no charging for the past 2 months of my usage)• Looks really good. Feels sturdy - 5 bolts along with manual bolt makes the lock appear quite safe.• Free installation was hassle free and was done within 24 hrs of delivery. Nice!Every good thing will have flaws, and this is no exception over here.The cons –• This is made in China, period. They may claim this that but the app is completely Chinese and is shared by other companies like Wipro etc. Not that it matters to me• The app is as basic as it gets. It has list of functionalities that might make you believe that you are operating a space ship. But in reality, only 10% of the features work.• There is no manual! Physical or soft copy! I searched Lavna’s website and found nothing. So, once you buy this, be ready to experiment to understand the functionality and limitations• Many features don’t work. Limited time access has its own mind as it fails to sync with Lavna’s server half the time.Overall I’ll give this one a 3.5 at the max as it is poser and has a lot of false claims. But it is serving my purpose well and when the whole family is away, i don’t have to worry about handing my keys over to our helps or inconvenience the neighbours. Must buy for people who needs smart conveniences and this will serve most of your needs
