Delicious tea. I enjoy at least one cup daily. Can't tell yet if there are any health benefits for me, but the flavour is do good that I'll keep drinking it whether or not I see evidence of better health

I love a proper Chai tea made either with simmered milk or English style with cold milk added. This tea is the proper thing!The tea arrives loose in a jar with a plastic spoon inside and all the ingredients carefully labelled. I bought a little glass teapot for mine but also tried boiling it up with the milk in a saucepan - works either way.This tea contains black tea leaves and easily identifiable extras such as Cardamon, Black and Etteria Cardamon, Ginger, Cinnamon and Black pepper.A joy to drink each morning.
