Instructions badly translated and unclear. Cooker seems well made and after cleaning, filling with water and using to clean the cooker before using with food, having had a pressure cooker before it became much clearer. As I have an induction hob I can vouch that it is fine for that.The not mentioned indicator on the handle with red button, is a manual Timer. Prise the unit up carefully at the open end and it comes out. There is the usual button battery inside with a clear plastic slip which you pull out connecting the circuit. Replace into the recess in the handle and the LED numbers you can set for the time you decide you want in the cooking, after the pressure is reached and you have reduced the heat. You will through trial and error get to know how long to set. Holding the red button on the unit zeros the led, while short presses advances the numbers. Other than that I think this Pressure Cooker will do nicely and with 8 litres it is more than adequate for my many soups. Just the job for Winter.

I have used pressure cookers all my life, and this is one of the worst.It may be the sealant, but it takes longer to cook food than it did with my old one.I should have bought another Tower or a similar brand.

took longer than my old one not sure if i had pressure release valve in right position as instructions are not clear also pressure indicator did not rise so it may be trial and error until i get it right.apart from that looks good quality and just about the right size
