Q: Is this watch atomic or radio wave, which ever you what to call it?

The watch does not sync to the U.S. government's time signal (at WWVB). However, I have a similar model and synced it manually to the official government time from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (https://www.time.gov/HTML5/). It is off by no more than a half second a week, which means it should be off by no more than 30 seconds a year. So I figure I can reset it once a year.
