I love mixing this withy water. It's good for many things including daily energy and good for your skin. It also has vitamin C. It absorbs fast in your water, and you get a lot for your money. If you don't mind it with water you can just open it and just pour it in your mouth. It's easy to swallow once you take a drink of water after. I also love the tin heart it comes in.

I love these! Easy to carry around on the daily or to take while traveling and easy to open. If I’m feeling a little sluggish or like I might be coming down with something, I just put the powder on my tongue a little at a time. Works great for me!
