Bought this for my son's bookshelf as a display item only. I can picture it not lasting very long if a child plays with it but well made as decor.

Nice ship model of pirate ship. It is a little smaller than expected but still OK. Comes completely put together and ready to display.

This is a cute model and a fun display piece. It seems decently made. It's real wood, with fabric sails and string rigging. It isn't a toy, or even a historically accurate model of a fictional ship. But that doesn't mean it isn't really cool. It came fully assembled and looks great on a shelf. My nerdy child has pointed out to me that the rigging isn't exactly "accurate to his understanding" of how similar vessels would actually have functioned, but if you aren't staring at it from every possible angle for hours a day it would likely go unnoticed. My only complaint would be that the plaque is only on one side, and thus can only sail in one direction, which is the opposite direction of the other ships on the shelf.

I adore the wooden pirate sailboat. It brings a smile to my face the moment I walk into the room. No assembly required is a relief. The craftsmanship is superb! The attention to detail enhances the authenticity and attractiveness of the boat. I am pleased about the old-time feel the folk-style item contributes to the room's ambiance. Most folks can enjoy and appreciate an intricate work of art such as this. The silk-screening of the sails offers a polished look. I would guess that the pine body would be durable. Construction certainly is first-class.

The ship looks like a child painted it and the sails were super fake looking,very disappointed 😞.
