Package was left outside my front door in a bashed up box, a day earlier, thought it would be no good, was well packed, separately, I was indoors, they didn't ring the bell.What first attracted me to this exercise machine was the pedals had support around them and a neat well covered-in machine. It's a bit heavy, as light as it could be for a well made sturdy machine, used Plastic material where they could, would be weak and useless otherwise, can lift with either hand, much lighter than my old Lateral Thigh Trainer, I could barely lift with two hands, I had before.Lovely machine, good neat design! Put together quite easily, started each pair of screws off making sure not to cross-thread them, when I got them in place, I then tightened them, otherwise it would of misaligned, I did put the Sole plate around the wrong way, realized quickly, the padded bit go's underneath for more grip, also No. 11 washers go cup downwards for more grip to the floor, tightened screws up well, especially No. 9 screws on horizontal bar.I could not have asked for better Machine, was not too expensive compared to others machines, nice and quiet, love the way you can use it sitting down, with base plate facing you, or standing with machine around the other way, don't ruin your Knees and back like the Lateral Thigh Trainer.I found it best not to use oil, because it attracts the dirt and catches on the wheels and then machine stars making sawing noise, so I keep the base plate and wheels clean, I use a touch of ECO Screen cleaner (anti static), with a micro fiber cloth to keep the Base plate clean, and stand in the middle of the peddles, never at the front, I'm a woman with size 4 1/2 feet, if your wonderingOnly wish I could have a few extra parts for eventual wear and tear.

I absolutely love my new elliptical foot pedal machine! It's compact, quiet, and pefect for getting in a quick workout while watching TV. The smooth motion is easy on the joints, and it's super easy to use and store. Great way to stay active without taking up much space. Highly recommend..!

1st workout with it this morning and all went well. Getting the technique right is a little tricky early on, but once I was in the rhythm, it was fine. Very quiet too. Easy to assemble.

Bought this for Father's Day and my dad absolutely loves it. He suffers with his legs and this portable foot pedal machine helps keep the blood flowing and takes away the aches and pain. The fact he can use it anywhere is a real help. It's relatively light weight and so simple to put together. It has various tension settings so you adjust it to suit your needs. One of the best products I've bought for a while.

Works wonders for legs , l can now walk with any discomfort, no more stiff legs

I’ve been using it but I find it sliding a lot the grips are not suitable on it.

Great set the resistance to suit you much better than the electronic ones and a lot cheaper
