It covers everything if you’re suffering from bruxism or any sleep disorder.

Useful read
This was a useful and interesting read but mostly geared at Americans. Sadly most of the book focuses on how to get a diagnosis/treatment but I would have found it useful to have more practical info for managing issues myself.

Interesting but not relevant to a UK audience
Interesting book, easy to read, but most of the information that was good, I already knew and as a large proportion of the book was about how to navigate the US medical system, it was a bit useless for this UK based reader.

Useful but less than meets the eye
Some useful info but overall not well organised and could hav been half the length. Still, worth a few quid just for the info on which tests to get.
