It's tamari I make my own Yuzu sauce wirh it, love that it's gluten free. They hould just make them all this way there is no difference in the taste, so why don't u????

I like the taste of Sanjay Tamari better than any other soy sauce or Tamari I've been able to find. Since so much of the world's soybeans are now genetically modified to be insect and weed resistant, I felt it was important to get the organic version, even if it costs a dollar or two more. Highly recommend.

Many who prefer this I suspect have sensitive taste buds. I feel I am one. Most of my friends and family say they can't really taste the difference between this and other soy sauces. I can when I use with sushi!! When I cook with it I use it AFTER the heat is turned off so the sauce is never really getting high heat. I love it, wish my local store carried it but Amazon is next best thing!

I have always used this brand of Tamari - never disappointed

I am not sure why it took three weeks to ship, came up as prime. Product came in perfect shape and is my favorite gluten free and clean ingredient soy sauce.. I will order it again, maybe a different vendor? It is a good deal compared to buying it at the store

The best soy flavor without extra salty and no wheat. This is Tamari for all purpose and very tasty. I buy extra!

I used this just the other night and I will say use less than a teaspoon it is very salty. It is great! I made fried rice with it and it is awesome!
