Steel guage used not great
There was water leakage at the joint, got a replacement with the wall plate missing. Don't bother to return it again, so using my previous wall plate. Steel gauge used for threads not strong enough for such a lengthy arm, there is a chance of damaging when tightened.

Worst shower arm
The media could not be loaded. I bought two shower arms and both two have broken down in just 3 months. Shower was fitted with a point at the shower arm and the point itself cracked and fell down. I was charged approx above Rs2200 for two. My hard earned money has gone in vain.Please don't buy such low range products.
