My 98 year old mother had night time urinary incontinence. I had been buying a leading well known brand of high absorbency pants but she was still soaked through every morning. We are now on our second pack of these and there has not been a single leak. Her bed and nightdress are dry every morning and she says she still feels comfortable. These pants have really helped to improve her quality of life and make life easier for all of us who cate for her.

The L size is smaller than other brands L size.

I am size 10/12 and the pants size medium are a good fit but there is plenty room for a bigger size. The wrong size of catheter had been used and urine was bypassing. There was no odour and most of the urine was absorbed by the pants which were easily removed by tearing.
