I purchased this product because I was trying to loose weight. My visceral fat was high and as an older man with "Dunlop Disease" (mid-section looking like a spare tire and your belly done lap over your belt) I was looking for a way to loose weight in my mid-section. I know everyone will say just do crunches, but time is not on my side. So, I tried one belt and started to get results but the problem was that it did not have enough levels to increase stimulation, plus the design of the belt did not stick well to my body. So, I went looking and decided on this belt with over 2x the levels (also, large amount of good reviews). It also sticks well to my skin, meaning it is getting better conduction of the signal to your muscles. The results are showing. I went from being a high visceral fat level to a normal range. Also, I can now see my belt buckle on my pants. It is not the "fix all" but it is a part of the equation. I also have been dieting. But, it is noticeable in my stamina when doing an activity that is mid-section intensive such as EUC riding and Onewheel trail riding. Overall, I recommend it.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Flexible, powerful with multi tension settings. I set it at 20, just before it starts to feel uncomfortable, and when it times out, I feel like a I had a light abs workout. The contacts stick well and can be worn about 5 or 6 times before replacing. And the power units hold a lot of battery charge. I can get more than a dozen sessions on a full charge. Easy to recharge too.

The product I received must be a tiny version of what was ordered and shown on the model. I did not know there were sizes. Don’t make the assumption this is anything other than a disposable cheap toy and should not cost more than buy.

works very well but the goo pads that come with this device doesn't stay sticky for long periods of time if you want my opinion get a band not sticky pads I had to modify the devices with a band I like that the fact that this comes with three nods and a power usb plug that charges all three of them at the same time. If I have to pick something else ya get something else

I have been in a wheelchair for forty years. I have no muscles from the chest down. I have used the muscle stimulator for the past month and a half. My stomach has become flatter and stronger. I can now actually do a sit-up. I can't wait to see my progress 6 months from now. It is very easy to use. Great product for the money spent.
