Very Impressed
This was the 3rd relatively expensive light I have ordered as the other 2 look cheap and were of poor quality. This one didn't disappoint, albeit it takes quite a while to assemble it looks great and is manufactured from metal and glass not cheap plastic as some of the others.

Missing pice
The lamp is beautiful, but one of the crystals was missing after contacting Amazon they told us to return the lamp but the lamp was already installed by an electrician who we paid. The lamp isn’t complete

Lovely - instructions are rubbish
If you have a degree in astrophysics you’d still struggle to figure out the instructions. So here’s a tip - turn them upside down and that works! Basically the shorter end will always be facing up.Good Luck!!

Damaged items received
It’s a nice chandelier but unfortunately a number of crystals inside the box were broken. So returned item and waiting for a refund. So not sure if I should order again in worry I’ll have the same issue again for an expensive chandelier.
