It started off nicely, but left a wet patch under the machine. I liked the octopus mist function. I was able to use this wirelessly. I got this at the end of January, and it's now beginning of April, unfortunately it has stopped working. It doesn't charge, doesn't switch on or work. No idea how I can get a refund back for a faulty product.

Nice product looks and works well but after short while noticed damp/wet on unit where it was sitting on, haven’t used since don’t like idea of water gathering under it 🤷

The media could not be loaded. I’m not sure about this humidifier. To start with the instructions that came with it are poor. After using it a few times I’m still not sure how to set the different light modes or turn it off and just keep pressing the tiny button until I find what I want. Sometimes it shuts down, even when it hasn’t been on for long. When I use it without a USB to plug socket connection it runs out of charge fast. A pool of water collects around and under the unit when in use.It’s a shame because it’s really effective, it looks like a mini volcano and all the different lights work well. I added some essential oil to the water and it made the room smell lovely, the misting is strong. I can’t bring myself to recommend it though, not unless the aforementioned issues are sorted out.
