I consulted a doctor about these pills before ingesting any of them. You should do the same for every dietary supplement you ever consider.The pills are medium-sized, not too large but also not small. They unfortunately are just big enough that they're hard to swallow, so I will not be taking these regularly. They also have a lip in the center of each pill which scrapes the back of my throat and just isn't as smooth as most other pills of the same size.As far as I could tell, there was no taste to each pill, though the powder inside the pill, if released, would taste horrible. You couldn't easily break these pills down into microdoses.The absorbancy seems high from what my doctor said. You get a lot of this pill when it gets to the intestines. It's not going to be some fast-acting miracle cure for laziness or being tired, but it will help your focus over time. It may also help alleviate ADHD symptoms, though because it's not considered a medicine, they can't claim that or advertise as a remedy for any illness.The value is here. I would recommend this supplement to those who need something like this.
