2 cameras in one! Win win!
Easy to set up and use. Audio is fair. Operation is slick plus. 1 fixed camera. 1 PTZ!

Great Baby Monitor
Everything in the description about this monitor, that we have used, is right on target. The only disappointing feature was in the clarity of the picture. Its not as high resolution as expected, it reality it certainly doesn't look like the photo depicted in the advertisement for the device. That being said, slightly grainy picture or not, it still functions perfectly fine for purposes of a baby monitor. My son has it mounted on the ceiling above the crib of his newborn son and the motion sensor is activated when the baby becomes slightly active, which is set according to the motion sensitivity feature - and works perfectly. The night vision is also wonderful because you don't need to turn on the lights to see the baby, unless of course you need to attend to the child. This unit connects easily to the wi-fi, much better than the old unit that was much more expensive! They don't use an SD card, so can't speak to that. We really only use it when we are home, strictly as a baby monitor when the baby is sleeping in another room away from us. It works perfectly for its intended use. If we ever decide to use the other features or buy additional units, I'll update this review accordingly.

We are currently using this camera to stalk our cat and it's the best thing ever XD
When we got this camera, we had just adopted a cat who immediately fell in love with my daughter and became hers. To that end, the cat lives solely in my daughter's room and does not like it when my daughter is out of the house. With this camera, I have been able to keep tabs on the cat throughout the day when my daughter is not home without causing her anxiety. But the best part is so can my children, from wherever they are through the app! The app took just a few minutes to set up. After that was done and my phone connected, all my children had to do was download the app and make an account. Then I 'shared' our monitor with them, decided what they were allowed to do (talk, pan and tilt, etc) and they could watch the cat from wherever. The talk feature helps our cat not feel lonely. The app allows you to share your monitor with five people. It also allows you to determine how long they have access: 30 minutes, an hour, a week, a month, permanently, etc. Plus, you can talk to the people you are sharing your monitor with through the monitor when they're accessing it. The monitor has two cameras: a lower stationary camera that we keep pointed in the spot the cat inhabits most, and a dome that rotates 360 degrees. You can set the dome to track (motion activated) or stay still, which then requires you to pan and tilt through the app. And because you can give your camera a nickname, we named it after our cat - 'Jilly Cam'. The app gives you the option of viewing your screen in color at all times, or shift to night vision when the light gets low. You can also add specific views to your 'collection' and access them quickly, like bookmarks on your computer. It has a siren setting which will come in handy if there is ever a family emergency and I need to contact my kids when I'm not home. The app also gives you the option of separating the stationary view from the active view or watching screen-in-screen. It allows me to capture images and save them to my phone, and also take videos. Yes, the cloud option requires a subscription, and when the dome is tracking, it makes a noise, but neither of those deficits is worthy of removing a star. My original baby monitor, which has two cameras and a monitor, was close to $60 and doesn't do half of what this one does! At $25, this monitor has a lot of amazing features. We're really happy with it.

Frustrating experience though decent camera
I picked up this GNCC GP4 Baby Monitor with Dual Cameras 360° PTZ as an inexpensive dual lens camera to use in our house as a baby monitor. It was packaged nicely and seemed to be about the same quality as this genre of camera. I've had the fortune to use GNCC's customer support and will document my experience with them and the camera here.OVERALL THOUGHTS: This is a decent inexpensive camera with pretty good optics. The pictures I've included are through a screen with the 2nd one being fully zoomed (10x), and the 3rd half zoomed (5x). We're currently using this as a front porch/driveway monitor. Since everything would be closer, as a baby monitor, I think the picture would be great. I wish you could pan natively on the screen rather than having to press a button and use controls. Alerts seem to work well, but you NEED an SD card or their cloud service to see the actual alarm. Most times the IPC360 app will take at least 2 tries to login. Also, apparently the IPC360 app has some "vulnerabilities" according to a Bitdefender report so I don't think I'll be recording video inside my home with this camera. GNCC customer support, while eventually responsive, should know their product better and be able to communicate that knowledge to the countries they market to. For the price, it's a decent camera for outside, but I wouldn't select it again.DETAILS OF MY EXPERIENCE: Upon receiving my initial camera, setup was simple and straightforward. I had to download the IPC360 app and set up an account. The fixed camera was great, but the pan camera had a purple hue all the time. Another issue I had was that I was getting "Alarms" (motion or sound alerts) but nothing ever showed up on the Alarms page. I reached out to support and it took them 3 days to respond. After a bit of "troubleshooting" the purple hue issue (checking for obstructions, resetting & reloading everything) they decided the camera was defective and would send me a replacement. Great!I received the replacement and it was a little more cumbersome to get setup, but I did and both pictures were clear... Wonderful! Still had the alerts issue. They asked for a video showing the issue. I sent that and 7 days later they responded saying that I needed to "tap 'alarms' page" to check that message. I clearly did that in the video. A day later I received a response asking for another video showing the issue. I responded that it was clearly shown twice in the first video. 2 days later they responded and said they needed it more clearly shown and they may have to do some R&D to recreate the issue. Exactly 15 minutes later they responded that the issue was now clear to them and they wouldn't need anything further from me. The issue was that I didn't buy their cloud service and didn't have an SD card (which is not included) installed. I had asked if I needed an SD card or cloud service in an earlier response 13 DAYS before, but they never addressed that until the very end. While their customer service was quick to send a replacement, they really should have tried harder to understand and resolve this, apparently, very simple issue.
