This one is a keeper for my shelf. It's really a nice break from the usual "hot sauce". It's pure taste of the actual peppers just like the jarred product really. The vinegar is is most of the burn to me. It's mild hot by most standards. It will be great as part of a dressing with olive oil and maybe some balsamic with red onion to pour over a sandwich. I've got a collection of this company's products going strong in my pantry. I love that they keep the ingredients simple. No inflammatory junk like soy or canola or extra sugar. I buy their Pesto with only olive oil for this reason.

While being hot, this has EXCELLENT flavor. I've tried about every hot sauce out there is this is my favorite by far. Great for adding to a favorite Mexican dish, and also great for dipping tortilla chips for an authentic Mexican restaurant taste.

I used to have dozens of bottles of hot sauce. Different brands, different varieties and they all had one thing in common. Heat. Habanero, scotch bonnet, jalapeño, cayenne, etc... they all added a bite to the food to which they were added by not much to offer in flavor, apart from vinegar.I like everything I have ever tried from Mezetta and usually keep a couple of jars of their garlic stuffed olives on hand. When I stumbled across an ad for their peperoncini hot sauce I had to try it.So I ordered the sampler pack and waited anxiously for my new adventure. When the product was delivered the box gave little indication of the joy contained within. I carefully cut the tape and opened the flaps and it was as if the clouds had parted. I knew things were going to work out fine.The bottles are your typical small hot sauce bottles with attractive labeling, as shown in the pictures, with a simple screw on cap suitable for drizzling onto whatever victuals were in place. I expected them to have the little plastic metering topper under the cap that requires shaking or tapping the bottle to make the sauce shoot out at high velocity but was pleasantly surprised to find no such mechanism. It required little effort on my part to learn how to tip the bottles to get just the right amount on liquid to dispense onto my chosen fare.First, I tried the peperoncini sauce. It is pretty mild, so if you are looking for something to make you sweat and your eyes to water you are out of luck. But the flavor was fantastic. Bright and tangy, just like the bright yellow peppers from a take out pizza, it was better than I had hoped for. It's a clear favorite in my kitchen stable of flavor enhancers.The roasted red pepper sauce was next. With a level of heat similar to the aforementioned peperoncini sauce, it has a richer flavor that also ranks high on my list.The Calabrian sauce packs a little more punch though. Still bursting with flavor, it leaves a little bit of peppery finish the others lack. Though I prefer the other two, this one is still a delicious accoutrement to dinner.Only available online at this time I'm hopeful they will expand their network to offer these in stores and, even better, in larger bottles.

Great sauce if you love pepperoncini's. It is not to hot at all. Very mild. Great as a salad dressing! Would purchase again.

This stuff is amazing! Authentic peperoncini taste! I put it on a lot of stuff - eggs, chicken, meat.
