I have a whole new appreciation for pepper!
First, I had never heard of salted peppercorn. This flew across my radar purely by chance and I ordered it.Wow!!!!I had no idea of what I’ve been missing all my life!These peppercorns are salty little drops of peppery heat that explode in your mouth with a nice, satisfying crunch.These are exclusively for finishing a dish. If you cook with them they dry out, the salt washes away and you’re left with your standard, run of the mill pepper.I put these on every Asian dish I prepare these days, as well as use them for a finishing touch to ribeye steaks, and roasted or mashed veggies.These things are so delicious, I can (and do) it them right out of the container.

Pepper Perfection!
This Kampot is far more flavorful than the generic pepper you might find at the local supermarket.It has a delicious pepper flavor without having to use excessive amounts and intensifying the heat.I doubt I will use anything else due to Kampot's strong flavor profile - more peppery flavor and less heat.Kampot is especially flavorful and yummy if it is bloomed with heat in butter or oil prior to use in a recipe.I may be turning into a "pepper snob." Absolutely Delicious!Black = bold pepper flavor - less heat than generic blendsWhite = same as black, but delicate and mildRed = same as black, but with more fruit and floral notes (my favorite)HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Robust Authentic
If you’ve never used Kampot pepper in a recipe you really should-and this brand delivers!Other brands state they are Kampot peppers but not all things are what they say.I’m glad this brand was packaged well and delivers all the flavors promised.It’s spicy and robust with a little bit of citrus-y flavor.I toast mine in a dry skillet before adding it to beef, chicken, tofu dishes. It’s strong so I go easier on it with seafood 🦞

Good store to get good peppercorns
These are good. Not as big as some other kampot peppercorns I’ve had. these ones are a bit smaller then other brands.

Rare Cambodian Flavour
Kampot peppercorns are amazing in flavour but don’t blow your head off. A must have for pepper beef - and any dish where you want the flavour of black pepper without tons of heat. The mild flavour goes well in salads too - won’t overpower eggs. Nice addition to your kitchen spices.

Very tasty! Different than regular black peppercorns, will be using in cambodian dishes and salads

Great peppercorns and a little goes a long way.
Use a few of these peppercorns on a green salad to really send it to the moon. Mixed green, Caesar or wedge of lettuce.
