This hidden camera is almost perfect! The setup was easy. The customer support is outstanding with same day or next day response to emails. I use it to monitor a bed ridden family member with 24 hour care. With no visible indicators that it is a camera it is perfect for monitoring the patient and the caregivers. In this situation with all the activity I have to charge it weekly. However, the motion notifications and night vision are outstanding. Very easy to use!Update 5/27/2024 - After using it for a while and tweaking the settings I now only have to charge it monthly. The only negative is having to disassemble it to connect the charger - not terrible but could be improved. Still perfect for my application!

I love everything about this product! It was super fast & easy to set up & the quality of the videos & the microphone are like they should be all working. The sound is amazing no interference at all like all my other cameras. The design is perfect especially for a man! One thing I wish is if hanging on the wall you have to hang it super low to be able to see things you want. So I ended up being able to put on computer desk. And now I see the areas I need to.

The print on directions was tiny and I could barely read. I had to take a picture with my iphone and expand. I could not access any video without a monthly subscription. I don't like that there was no indication of needing a monthly subscription as I wouldn't have purchased. I'm returning camera and need to cancel subscription. The first month was free but I had to put my credit card numbers in so that I could get the first 30 days for free and now I want to cancel and there is NO option to cancel. DEAR AJ CLOUD; PLEASE RESPOND WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CANCEL MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO ENDING OF FREE TRAIL. I don't believe the oher 5 star reviews are valid reviews!

I bought this to keep an eye on my employees at work while I was away. I have great internet service at my business but it was hard to get contection

This camera frame does not come with a memory card. it does however come with a memory card reader. This reader was so poorly put together as to collapse the first time I tried to insert a card, thereby damagin the card as well. A bad beginnin.

I would say this product was really useful. I used it to keep an eye on my kids to ensure they are safe when I’m not around. It has really clear image and I wouldn’t change it for anything else. I’m looking at possibly getting another one for upstairs as well. My wife agrees with me and thinks it does work really well and helps us tremendously.

Video quality is very good. As with many other cameras it lags picking up motion. Sometimes it doesn’t detect motion. The “free” video recording length is a mere 12 seconds. paid $9.99 for their plan to get longer video time and all I get is about 2 or 3 more seconds. Strange thing is I remember setting the video recording length for 60 seconds, but damn cannot find the setting to confirm. Not worth paying for plan. I had an issue with one I previously purchased and never heard back from customer service. That tells me after Amazon’s30 day return window is over, you might get stuck with junk. Amazon replaced my previous frame, so I was lucky. This one is good so far. It’s a good camera for what you get, except I wish the video length was longer. Has anyone been able to get longer recordings than 12 seconds?

There is no way to tell that this is a camera. So it is very good if you are looking for sth private. It was easy to set up on my phone. I liked it as a frame too. It supports an sd card to store some records as well.
