This neck adjuster is amazing. The first use I felt relief and tingling from it adjusting me. Will use daily for 10. Ins. Both sides of this did its jobUPDATE I can not sleep without using this before I lay down. Also I didn’t realize how much I needed that mask. I believe I moved my eyes a lot when I’m trying to sleep the mask helped keep my eyes closed and I have now been sleeping most of the nights. I haven’t done this in years.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a neck stretcher. I have used others that were just incredibly painful, but this was much less terrible, even starting out. The stretcher has a bit more flexibility and the material isn't too hard, so it's comfortable for me to use. Also, big shout out to instruction booklet - this is the first one I've gotten that came with clear instructions. I'm thrilled with it across the board.I was also excited about the migraine cap - I have several different ones, and I love using them not just for migraines and headaches, but also just to decompress. I thought it was really cool that this uses velcro (might not be a great sound if you have a migraine, but it opens up use for other applications which I think is awesome). The only complaint I have about it is that it had an odd smell when I first took it out of the bag, and also (unfortunately) my head is too small for me to velcro the cap around properly (which is less of a product problem and more of a me problem). Still, it's really beneficial since it can be used hot or cold - I'll probably end up using it for my neck, knees, and back.

Firm, hurt neck

This device works well to stretch out my neck after a long day at my computer. I like to use it while I am meditating as a head rest. The cap works well to block out the light when you have a migraine.

I don't know what it's made of but I love the little gel pad. It keeps itself cool on its own even before you add in extra chilling. Fantastic for those of us who just want a nice gentle soothe rather than a full on blast of cold. I haven't tried it with hot yet to see how well that holds. It's also MUCH more comfortable compared to any ice pack I've ever tried...fun to squish too.I use the neck stretcher prior to a nap on a good supportive pillow and I like it! Whether or not it's doing any long term help, I'm not sure yet but it feels nice and any bit of relief helps. I like the 'hard' mode more than the starter mode, you can flip it both ways to have more or less give and so far have only used it for the 1-2 minutes at a time the instructions suggest for starting out.Great way to get a good stretch and it's nice and small making it easy to keep on hand. Love it!

I use this not every time I get on the floor and do floor exercises. It supports my neck perfectly and has helped a lot with neck pain I still get from a previous car accident. I have no problems with it supporting my neck even as a plus sized individual...no need for anything extra for it. So pain wise, it has been a game changer in mitigating my pain and I am so thankful I came across it.This is also really easy to clean, just wipe it down, and it stores pretty easily. The material is light and firm, but not too firm. It feels like solid quality in my opinion. A great product for anyone looking for a bit of neck support.

Unfortunately I only had this for a few days before my dogs ripped it up, I guess the foam texture was too enticing for them lol. But the few times I did use it it felt really nice on my neck!!!
