Fairly Good with a Few Inconsistencies
It's really very good aside from the zygomaticus minor muscle being a bit thick; it almost looks mixed up with the levator labii superioris. However, if used as a reference for artwork there is really no problem there as the muscle mass itself is realistic. Another complaint is that the zygomaticus major comes over the zygomatic bone... which is a bit of a strange mistake. Again, it does not really impact the masses of the face when used as a reference but it's something to consider.
