This is a perfect entry level belt to assist deadlifts , squats and overhead presses and forward rows.If you’re going heavier than 100kg then maybe something else would be for you.Easy , comfortable and does a great job in supporting you when using good technique/form.

I have been using this belt for a couple of months now and extremely happy with the purchase. I have used other lower priced belts before but this one appears to be top quality for a good price. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size after ordering a medium however the large I was sent seems to just fit. I have a 30inch waist. (I think medium would be a slightly better option but couldn’t be fussed with returning)Perfect belt for everyday lifting with a simple sleek look. Would recommend.

Provides adequate support, it’s lightweight and comfortable so I don’t have to repeatedly put it on and take it off.

Bought a medium about 18 months ago and used it for every heavy lifting session since. Even when I had technically outgrown it the fit and Velcro was that good, I could still get away with it. Have now bought a large and absolutely love it. Comfortable, stable, light, offers the right level of intra-abdominal pressure, does everything I could want. Quality is great and it will last for years.

Excellent belt, made from heavy duty nylon webbing but flexible enough that it doesn't require breaking in. I am a 32" waist and got the medium and it is a good fit. It has a large velcro area so it can accomodate an expanding waist. I use it for squats as it is 4" wide all the way round so great for giving your core that bit of support when the weight is increasing.

Good quality material, comfy to wear with minimal break-in period.I wanted to try using a belt in the gyms as I was reaching weights where it was recommended. This belt is a good compromise between, quality and price!Very good for beginners, I would buy this item again.

Velcro strap stitching came loose after one week of use and cannot get a replacement or contact for the seller. The product is now useless after 2 weeks.
