So it works as advertised, but needs some improvement. Like having a hook to hook on bed instead of having to tie and untie or find a way to hang the loop provided, which my bed does not have, and I have to untie each time i need to move it. Also most bags have a place to put the drainage spout instead of just dangling down, in this case, hitting the floor. Also the tube is a lot smaller than the normal drainage bags. So in comparison, I would opt for a brand that has these features over this bag. Also it holds a lot less urine, so I will need to drain it more frequently. the way you drain it is unique, but as stated earlier, it needs to be hooked back into the bag to keep it off the floor.

I have been using urine drainage bags for over 10 years and have never seen anything like these. They have all the features you like to have in a urinary drainage bag. A clamp, specimen port, hanging device and they have the anti back flow feature but these are the worst bags I've ever tried. The plastic is very thin, the hanging loop is tubing and the tubin is way smaller than the average drainage bag. I am not at all happy with the quality and would never recommend.
