Works ok so far. The top cap is a bit hard to unscrew after letting the device cool down, probably due to the pressure created inside of it. The attachments are great but the little microfibre cover is so small it ripped both sides when trying to put on the upholstery attachment 😬

Being an electric product I decided to wait until I reviewed. I have used the Koitat Cleaner many times over a six month period. It works well. It is robust and feels very safe to use. I have used all add ons, even cleaned my windows. It makes all aspects of a kitchen cleaning easy, accessing all awkward crevices blasting out what you don't realise is there. Have to say, the results are really satisfying. Aluminium especially. Everything looks new. It is easy to use lasting quite a while on one fill. The mains cable is a decent length also. There is one aspect I find pleasing. The colour.....!!!!!....not that it matters but at least it isn't the hideous purples and luminous greens manufacturers seem to think is a general preference. I bought this hand held steamer to defrost my freezer at the end of July 2024. The first time I used the steamer to defrost my freezer was as soon it arrived at the end of July 2024 and the second time was today 2nd November 2024. Today after using it once and wanting to refill, the lid would not unscrew after waiting a few minutes for the unit to cool down. I was pressing down and turning the lid anti clockwise and would not unscrew. After 20 minutes the lid finally did unscrew but when I went to reheat the water to carry the job of defrosting the freezer it was not heating up and is therefore unusable. I am trying to get hold of the seller but not easy to find out who I should be contacting as not happy with this product and would like a refund.

After being influenced to hunt one of these out following seeing them on multiple instagram and tik tok posts, I found this one. Total good value for money. Wondered if it would be very effective but I'm absolutely blown away with the effectiveness of it! It's so easy to use, a nice lightweight size with a long enough cable to be able to do most areas! It blasted dirt out of crevices that I didn't even know was there which is incredibly satisfying and I feel better knowing things are getting a good clean. Thought it would be a gimmick but actually wouldn't want to clean without it now. Comes with so many attachments for different areas and even has an attachment to help with sofa cleaning etc. So impressed.

Bought a similar item to this from Amazon a few years ago and worked it to death. Bought this to replace the original which was less than half the price of this one, but then prices always go up, rarely down.Good little item though. Does what its supposed to do. Easy to use.
