With three different strength levels, it is an amazing gadget to use. Simply place it on both sides and start chewing. It does not cause any discomfort when chewing and works the muscles amazingly. The price is similar to the market. Only improvement that could me made is including which is the easy or hard mode as I wasn’t able to spot it on the instruction page included.

These work extremely well. I have been using these for up to 5 mins a day and have found my jaw clicking has greatly reduced. It is best to start off for about 1 minute while starting out as you may experience some discomfort while the muscles in your jaw are adjusting. Will continue to use and look forward to future results. Thank you.

Just the job

Never been using these before, but oh well, after a 4 of days with 100-200 reps a day I gor the two stronger ones cracked in two. Not a gigachad at all. This is extremely poor quality design and silicone.Yes, I might have been using them wrong in terms of the positioning (where in the instruction does it say it?)At the same time, there is exact same product for literally twice cheaper, only without the hypocritic "small UK business" logo on the packaging.

These little pads are like oversized earplugs and significantly smaller than other jaw trainers i have used before. They are made of a stiff foamy material that seems durable and is easy to clean which of course is very important for something used in the mouth. They are quite hard to chew but i feel they are just exercising my basic chewing muscles and not reaching the larger jaw hinge muscles as all i habe achieved so far is an aching face but no more jaw definition. More convenient to use whilst travelling or at work maybe but not as effective i fear as larger versions.

This arrived in surprisingly nice packaging considering it's essentially just 6 plastic cubes. A re-usable flip-top cardboard box, contains a foam insert, which houses 3 transparent boxes for each of the jaw exercisers.I started with the blue, beginner, exercisers as they felt pretty hard out of the packet. A small instruction sheet describes the use of these and you have to put them in hot water for 20 seconds to soften them up. I've tried anti-snoring mouth pieces in the past and found them triggering my gag reflex or causing me to drool. Thankfully these were actually pretty comfortable in my mouth. The recommendation is to do 10 minutes a day of 3-5 sets. Personally I'm doing around 3 minutes every second day and I find that's enough for me at the moment. I can definitely feel that the muscles in my jaw have had a workout after using this. They do make my face ache.Overall I'm happy with these. They feel durable and well made. I don't notice any significant change in my jawline but like any exercise I guess you have to stick with it for a while.
