I've been testing lots of mental and physical energy supplements so I could choose what's most effective for me. These are a little pricey for me but I did feel a bit more mental clarity and focus taking them consistently and I had a little more energy, too. It's a nice blend of well researched ingredients that are proven to work and it's only one pill a day. But, for thus price point, I'd prefer a 60 day supply to 30.

There is no taste which is great because I hate taking pills. Ive been taking them for about 10 days andy husband says my energy level has increased a bit. Im going through post partum so Ive been a little mopy. This has helped me feel a little bot whole again. Easy to swallow and not bad for the price. They definitely work.

There are some interesting ingredients in this formula I was not familiar with. Did a quick search online for theobromine! Theobromine is derived from the cacao beans. It is a bit of a stimulant like coffee but it's not quite caffeine. It is more like a good cup of cocoa. Makes your brain smile and your body ready to rock! Theobromine is popular with athletes for it's cardiovascular benefits, Energy boost, mental focus and concentration etcetcet. Add to that some Good quality B12, and Korean Ginseng for a long list of similar positive benefits that athletes look for, without bad side effects. I'm not an athlete but sometimes I wish I was so I could get through my day without needing a nap in the afternoon. I did finish the bottle and the benefit I noticed first was exactly as I wished. That was getting through my day without napping and getting a whole lot of things done! dr. Mercola has been around for a long time I have used his products before, and they are good quality, and you get results. The only problem I see is that or not see is the information about his products being non gmo, Lab tested and cGMP etc. That information his on his website and I would like to see it as welk on his product labels.

I was really hoping (unrealistically) for an energy boost when taking these. Honestly if there is one, I don't notice.These are made by Pure Power, which are actually part of the Dr Mercola line of products. I believe this line is marketed more for fitness/sports than the Dr Mercola branded overall wellness supplements.Upon reviewing the ingredients I realized it's not a huge shock that I didn't feel any energy since I have taken these ingredients before, but separately.Either way, these are good supplements to take and benefitial in their own way.As for the amount of B12, your body will only absorb 2% of 500 mcg's, so the rest just gets flushed out of the body. These capsules have 1000 mcg per serving to put it in perspective.The Allspice is a digestive aid and breaks down nutrients from food which supposedly provides a bit of energy.Ginger is a natural energy booster and helps stabilize blood glucose levels. Not like a cup of coffee or energy drink though, but better than nothing.About the addition of Cinnamon... It's funny as cinnamon is used for insomnia and relaxing so maybe it has to do with the combination with the other ingredients and it reacts differently?Perhaps the most energy boosting ingredient is the Theobromine naturally found in Cocoa. This is reported to increase blood flow and improve focus.And Korean Ginseng is a common ingredient. I have taken very fermented authentic Korean Ginseng before in sachets (liquid form). Personally I have not had any effect, good or bad, and noticed no remarkable difference in energy.But it's important to note that there can be side effects as well as interactions with conditions/meds, so it's a good idea to check if you can take Ginseng before purchasing any product involving this extract.While this blend didn't do much for me, everyone is different. Maybe what doesn't work for me might be an energizing bolt of lightening for others so i am just reviewing my experience.I'm not sure where this supplement is actually made since it doesn't state 'Made in the USA' on the bottle. It just prints whom this is distributed by.The bottle is glass, securely sealed and the expiration is 10/2025.Hopefully this helps someone out there.
