Good product
It was a repeat purchase because the product was good and I was using first one for few months without problems. This was the second camera of same model that I bought.It arrived in good packaging. Easy to install on a 12 feet steel pole. Easy to set up software and use. Accompanying App is user friendly, though the accompanying advertisements are annoying.Works even on dull days. However digital zoom is pathetic. Forget trying to zoom to identify an intruders face. It definitely helps to keep watch on a large area without power consumption.Connectivity depends on mobile tower distance. Speed of camera pan/tilt is good. Sound of siren is barely ok (30 feet to 35 feet). Audio is garbled when we try to communicate with people on other side.Overall, a decent product. VFM.Review after 8 months use: These cameras are working well. No issues with camera functioning. However the accompanying software is adding more and more unwanted advertisements. It takes 10 to 20 seconds to open. Like advertisements in the middle of Youtube video. Sometimes, instead of camera screen opening, the app takes me to some Fintech website and tries to make me download the fintech software. Software is made by Chinese. Makes me re-think whether it is safe to use this...

Quality is good but stopped working after 5 months
Camera quality looks goodUpdate : camera stopped working after 5 months, no response from support. Customer support is worst, don't waste your money on this.

CCTV camera good working condition last 6 months
I m using CCTV camera almost last more than 6 months and no issue till date. Good zoom and clarity during daytime. Good detection of moving objects and gives alert. Night vision is not there.

Memory card video not working after memory full....forcefully purchase cloud service
Don't buy the product any one,I am purchased 6 pieces of the cam, after your sd card storage is full the playback video not over written and motion detection video clip not working....they want forcefully you purchase their cloud service in a high cost.....
