Initially I was impressed with the fact that it was a whole food broccoli sprout product and not an extract or derived from broccoli seeds like most other products. And it has a legit active amount of sulforaphane too. Plus the added polyphenols and bioflavonoids added even more value. After about a week taking it I can already feel improvements in many areas like my cognition, less brain fog, better mood and focus. Also my gut with less bloating and post meal fatigue. I have more energy. Alot of the benefits are dose dependent so if it's not working you may need to take more.

I never leave reviews but this works so well I had to. This is the only whole food broccoli sprout product on the market and it has a lot of sulforaphane too. I feel I have more energy, better mood/less stress and increased focus on this. The science behind sulforaphane and it's many benefits is impressive. RegenX also helps immune function, gut and brain health and anti-aging. The addition of senolytics like fisetin adds even more benefits that other broccoli products don't have, and this one is more cost effective too! Highly recommend.
