I was really impressed with this cutting board. It has two sides. One for chopping vegetables/fruit, and the other side for cheeses. I like that it has grooves all along the edges so that when I cut up any meats, the juices do not spill over the sides.When they arrived, I quickly checked them over and all 3 boards were pre-oiled. When they arrived, I oiled them again so when using them for salsa, they were basically waterproof and cleanup was very easy. You should definitely keep cutting board oils handy and properly maintain them.after the cutted, it did show some cut marks but couldn't feel them when running my hand over them. It is a cutting board and is used as such so it should show the signs of use. But being wood, over time should the cut marks get to the point of affecting the surface.What amazing value! I might just buy another one as a housewarming gift!

The board itself is beautiful. But i have only had it less than a week and it has a split going all the way down one side. Very disappointed. Hoping the seller will make this right.
