Quality is good but many set of diamond not delivered

Product doesn't match the description
I received my order it was in poor condition...the canvas was crumpled, the pen doesn't have the back piece...it will be so much difficult to stick on the beads using single tip...the wax provided is very small...product is not at all as expected.
