I am a product designer. This product from A to F, rates as D+. Here is the review:Positives:1. Beautiful design. For photos, not real life people.2. Heats up within 2 seconds. Incedibly fast. Charges fast. And hot, really skin-burning hot on the highest setting. Good, it is not wimpy, it has mondo heat.The box and advertising says it heats to 60C, but instructions inside say max 55C. Whatever the truth is, it is hot enough.P.S. The unit kept charging (flashing light), long after it was completely charged. Unplugging and immediately plugging back in showed a full charge. Faulty electronic charger shutoff inside. Oh, I guess that should go with the negatives below :)Negatives:Where do I start, there are so many, and this thing is going back to Amazon.1. The item is way smaller than it appears in the photos. The photo model is a small girl. I tested it on a small girl, and it looks like the photo. But on an adult, this thing is way too small. The bottom squeezes your neck, as it does not go past your neck. It basically chokes you with pressure and heat.This may be OK for tiny people, but not North American sized people. And I am normal weight and size. Misrepresented in the photos.2. The plastic is rigid. Hard on your neck as the sides press on your neck. It does have a rubber flex joint in the back, which is useless and does not work as it should. The flex is too rigid.3. Highest setting will (and it did on me) burn your skin. OK, don't use the highest setting. But why does this happen? Here is the answer. Read on.4. The unit has 2 heaters. Looking at the photo in the ad as if it was a clock, the heaters are positioned at 10PM and 2AM on the clock. They are under your ears. NOT AT THE BACK OF YOUR NECK. They heat up the SIDES of your neck only. The very back of the unit, where your spine is, remains cool. As such, this unit will not heat up the back of your neck, only the sides. Useless for me. How about you?5. The Ching-lish writing on the box and instructions is insane crazy talk, and the rest just difficult to understand. Could the cheapo manufacturer not hire a translator for a few dollars to translate from Chinese to real English?Those are the main problems.Bottom line: small people may like it, regular and large people will likely hate it. Caveat Emptor.

Dieser wiederaufladbare Nacken- und Handwärmer ist einfach genial! Besonders jetzt in der kalten Jahreszeit leistet er mir großartige Dienste. Das Design ist sehr angenehm – er liegt gut auf den Schultern, und die einstellbaren Temperaturstufen bieten für jede Situation die passende Wärme. Die 4 Temperaturstufen lassen sich einfach anpassen, und ich liebe es, wie schnell er warm wird. Ob für den Nacken oder als Handwärmer, er hält die Wärme konstant und fühlt sich super angenehm auf der Haut an. Auch die Akkulaufzeit ist hervorragend – perfekt für längere Spaziergänge oder einfach gemütlich auf der Couch. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die sich an kalten Tagen nach etwas Extra-Wärme sehnen!

C’est un appareil super pour les personnes frileuses ! En effet il chauffe très vite et même à la force 1 il chauffe déjà bien ! Et surtout longtemps ! En effet je l’ai utiliser une nuit complète sans soucie ! En plus il est confortable avec son tissus et s’adapte bien autour du cou pour une sensation de chaud optimal !

Es un calentador de cuello recargable que se calienta super rápido, dando calor en la zona del cuello, nuca y hombros. Me lo compré para ver si me calmaba las contracturas del cuello que por mi puesto de trabajo tengo bastantes y realmente a mi me va super bien, ya que puedo trabajar con el calentador puesto(no molesta y no agobia).De buen material,no pesa nada e interiormente esta reforzado con una tela negra afelpada muy agradable al tacto.Se recarga con el cable USB incluido en la caja. Tiene 2000 Watios y 4 temperaturas ajustables en diferentes grados (yo me pongo la más baja porque el tener ese calor continuo a baja temperatura es para mi gusto más agradable que la temperatura mas alta).Se puede usar tanto en el interior como en el exterior.

Questo collare è veramente molto semplice ma quanto mai funzionale; basta ricaricarlo tramite un cavetto comprensivo della moderna Type-C e accenderlo tramite l'unico interruttore presente sul collare. Ci sono 4 led arancioni che hanno molteplici funzioni: la prima durante la carica evidenziano la % della batteria, la seconda durante il normale funzionamento identificano il grado di intensità del calore desiderato e infine danno all'utilizzatore l'idea della carica residua del collare. In pochi secondi dall'accensione il collare diventa caldo su tutta la superficie a contatto col collo. Questa è in un soffice materiale spugnoso e permette in pochissimo tempo di avere tutto il collo completamente caldo. In caso di torcicollo o cervicale il sollievo è praticamente immediato.Il dispositivo si spegne in automatico 15 minuti dopo l'accensione; le uniche accortezze che mi sento di consigliare sono di fare attenzione all'eventuale pulizia poiche l'apparecchio non è sfoderabile quindi occorre pulirlo delicatamente con un panno umido; inoltre bisogna fare attenzione ad addormentarsi col collare al collo poiché essendo abbastanza rigido si rischierebbe magari di spezzarlo in un movimento involontario. Il collare si adatta alle dimensioni del collo essendo leggermente flessibile, nel mio caso avendo un collo lungo e magro, la superficie anteriore laterale non è a contatto con le pareti del collare. Per far sì che venga scaldato devo tenere compresso io leggermente il collare verso questa zona del collo. Lo utilizzo con soddisfazione in macchina all'uscita dal lavoro in queste giornate fredde, inoltre mi è molto comode in montagna, poichè nascosto sotto la sciarpa permette un calore istantaneo e mi previene cervicale con conseguente mal di testa
