I love this scale!!! Removed a star it is quite slow to update the little screen, and may not be as accurate as some other scales I bought on here for cheaper, but the timer function and screen is nice

On paper, this is a great scale. It has all the functionality I needed for making pour overs. And it still does...when I can get it to turn on. Just as others have mentioned, the power slider has become iffy, at best. Sometimes, if I slide it just right, and maybe back and forth a few times, I can get it to turn on. Mostly, sliding the power switch to 'on' does not result in a scale that is actually on. Clearly there's a problem that Timemore needs to address with this part of the hardware.And don't bother trying to contact them, because they're not going to respond. I've had problems with two Timemore items now, and with both items, multiple attempts at getting resolution via their email contact information went without a response from Timemore. Just as others have experienced: completely unresponsive.If the company won't support their products when there is a problem, I can't see myself ever buying their products again. I'm done, and you should be too. And if you haven't yet, don't even bother with your first Timemore product.

The touch controls are way too sensitive, constantly set off at the slightest nudge. They get triggered even when my finger is not touching but close. Makes it annoying to move around and operate as you can accidentally set it off. Also pressing them applies weight because it's all the same piece so it can mess with zeroing it out.Basically, I have to turn it off and on constantly to get it to work as intended.Wish I could return it but the window is closed

Like others have said, this was good until it completely stopped working. I bought this back in August 2024, and by the end of September after a gradual and then steep decline, it completely stopped holding a charge. Now, even if I try to charge it, the screen just flickers and even after hours it dies after being unplugged.On top of that, it can't function WHILE being plugged in, so theres no way to salvage it. Very disappointed, because it worked so well for the month that it did.

I bought this about a year ago for my pour overs. I baby it and have never dropped or mistreated it. About a month ago the power switch started becoming very finicky. I have to switch it on then lightly tap it towards off and find the sweet spot where it will turn on. Great scale otherwise, but for the price I would expect them to use a better power switch.

Worked for about 18 months until the calibration just went off. The weight would creep up slowly by 0.1 gram and I could never trust the actual weightings. 18 grams of coffee turned into 17.6 or 18.3. Completely frustrating experience if the scale can't deliver accuracy.

Worked great at first for single dose espresso, but stopped working and customer service never responded so I got a paperweight now
