I had the enlighten programme carried out at the dentist. Advised to use this to keep teeth white. I usually find that following previous whitening programmes a couple of my bottom teeth quickly stain again, with this it is now 6 months following treatment and the teeth are still all white. Also repair serum really helps when my teeth are particularly sensitive. I would recommend, but only if you have had the enlighten treatment originally. Not so effective if you are trying to whiten badly stained teeth.

This is the best tooth gel to reduce sensitivity especially before and after teeth whitening.The toothpaste also is very effective to keep the effects of teeth whitening

I had Enlighten whitening done at my dentist, on the final day my teeth were lovely & white. Over a week they seemed to change shade. I have been using Enlighten Toothpaste all the time since April 2023 & I am not impressed overall with Enlighten products.

The toothpaste is not made to whiten your teeth on it own, it’s to use after you have had the enlighten teeth whitening treatment via a dentist to help keep them whiter. Helps massively with teeth sensitivity great value and cheaper then buying through my dentist
