I I ordered two bottles of TMG and I've been taking it for a while I had my blood work done a week ago and the doctor told me my blood work was the best he'd ever seen my average level of homocysteine from pass blood works it was running into twenties and it's down to nine low levels means less inflammation and less contraction of your veins causing high blood pressure my blood pressure is also been a lot better.. there's no bad smell or taste they're big pills just have a good drink of water I usually take them with my morning and nighttime meds twice a day it's a good size bottle and the value is terrific it out performed my expectations and they're pretty easy to swallow,, performance with ease of swallowing is a plus in my book

I have mixed feelings this one; I have been taking TMG for quite a while, but started using this brand 3 months ago.The main problem I have is with the pills: they are so sharp! Swallowing them feels uncomfortable and can even hurt. It's difficult to have to break it in half, crush, or mix into water.I am fond of the effects of TMG, but it is a huge disadvantage that the pill is so sharp. If the producer can solve this problem, I may rate it higher. I am currently stuck between a great effect and hardly being able to take it.

Exactly what I wanted.

Unlike other reviews I have read, I have not had any issues with the pills being sharp and hard to swallow. There are a few pills in the bottle that have small layers that have broken off, but overall not a big deal. They do have a slightly sweet taste when in your mouth before swallowing. It’s too soon to know whether or not it’s improving my homocysteine levels yet, but I will update after taking them for awhile and having future blood work done. The price is great and the one day shipping was amazing!

I used to drink up to 4 cans of energy drinks daily. After I started using this, I have energy to go until bed time and I crash.I no longer need to drink energy drink to feel energized. When I take the supplement before bed, I have the craziest vivid dreams and I wake up revitalized.I take 3 tablets each time I take it, Generally in the morning before breakfast only. If I'm really tired and know I need good quality sleep I generally take 3 before bed, I try not to make a habit out of this because I believe natural sleep is healthier.
