put this on first think in the am to do house work......... 25 min later had to strip to use the rest room and i was dripping sweat from head to toe. Had a bit of a fight to get it back on while sweaty but it adjusts back into place with little effort and chugged water and aggressively tackled more house hold chores!!! Clean house and i sweat like i ran 3 miles!!! I felt great. I think it is designed well for the function. with so many body types this design is a great all around fit that will fit most as desired according to size description!

The suit is tight & flattering. The zipper works well & it gets hot quickly. It’s comfortable except for the legs when bending. I use it when I take a spin class & when I bend my leg the stretch in length is tight so it’s a little uncomfortable. I prefer the sauna shorts instead.

Omg I enjoyed my workout and the amount of sweat afterwards definitely made me feel like I'm burning fat. Make sure order a size up cause this suit is tight n as u workout it gets tighter. I'm 5'9" and weigh 190. I got a large and it fits me perfectly. I'm working on cutting through the fat/wings on my arms and when I tell u this suit made me feel comfortable and my arms supported, it's 100% facts! 1st time I could actually see the sweat coming off from my arms. Hoping 2 get down to 160lbs and can't wait to use this suit more to help me out!

I like the suit it fits nice but the size is a little snug up on the shoulders and the legs aren’t fully covered, it’s a little short on the material. Also the stitching on it should be reinforced I was stretching with mine on and it ripped. Other than that I like this product

Im 5'5" 165lbs and the XL is fitted through the middle and just under the bust but the arms and legs are a little loose.Pretty easy to put on, light weight and not overly bulky or thick with the blue reflective material throughout which I appreciate.The zipper is nice quality and has a small clasp half way up to keep it sinched in with a small cover at the top so the zipper isn't exposed, both are great details.Despite the looseness of the arms and legs, when I put my work out clothes over it, it does really work.Went on an hour walk in cooler weather and was drenched in sweat at the end. Worn for over an hour and was very comfortable in it.I wipe it down afterward and let it air dry to avoid it shrinking in the wash.Depending on your size or preference the whole body fit might be problematic or uncomfortable. I would suggest the separate vest and shorts if you want to customize the size as they work just as well but for the Fall/Winter months this keeps me warm and I will be using this constantly.Great quality over all, highly recommend!

This stuff works. My wife lost a lot of inches of her waist. She does cardio dance workouts 5x a week. And she lost a lot of fat of her arms back and waist. She lost 27 pounds in total. And this suit made her sweat like crazy is like she jump into a pool. Helped her with body fat go down. 10/10
