I have ordered a total of three bottles. I love the aroma of Sandalwood. I have recommended this product to all my family and friends.

This is my second time buying this product.. I think it makes a sweet gift so I got it as a Christmas present for a family member. The scent I bought was Earl Grey & Cucumber and It smells so divine every time I pass in front of it. One thing to be warned is, it is not a strong scent diffuser. However, my husband appreciates that it doesn't make the whole room "stink" (his words). I think it is good for the price but not suitable for big rooms as it is a weak diffuser or if you are looking to smell it everywhere.

I was very disappointed with this scented diffuser. The fragrance was so faint that it barely filled a small room, even after flipping the reeds multiple times. The liquid evaporated far too quickly！ Smells awful and doesn’t justify the price. Additionally, the packaging looks so cheap! I would recommend you avoid buying this product! Don’t waste your money! I purchased this about a week ago and am very disappointed. It's at my kitchen sink, about 3 inches behind my faucet. Surely, I should be able to smell something when I'm standing at the sink, but no. I gave it a couple of days and have rotated the reeds several times. I started with a couple of reeds in case it was strong, but have all of the reeds in the bottle at this point. If I get the oil on my fingers, there's a faint smell, but there is no smell in my kitchen. So glad I didn't buy a couple of other scents I'd picked out from this brand. The only reason it got a 2nd star is because the packaging and bottle are pretty.UPDATE: After leaving this review, I was contacted by LOVSPA. They were sorry I didn't like the product and gave me the option of a refund or replacement. I took the refund and received it promptly. So, I gave them another star for excellent customer service. To be clear, the scent I ordered was Coastal Citrus -- I have no idea how the other scents might be.

very nice looking diffuser, however only adequate for small rooms such as restrooms or small bedrooms.

This fragrance is amazingly delicious… it is warm, woodsy, elegant and beautiful. In short delicious. It smells like perfume or cologne made with Oud. It’s definitely a keeper.Love this fragrance!!!

This reed diffuser set is wonderful. I placed it in my half bath, and it has a lovely and relaxing scent. I do keep the door closed to this particular room, but when walking in, it does not smell too strong or too weak but fills the room with a very nice fragrance. There is even a subtle scent outside in my kitchen. I had ordered a couple of other diffusers from different companies along with this one to try in each of our bathrooms. The other two are in full baths. In one room the door is closed, and in the other the door is opened. I feel like I have to be near them to smell the fragrance. I decided to take the LOVESPA and put it in the bathroom where the door is kept open and could definitely smell it better than the one I had in there....haven't tried it in our master bath, yet. I have to say this diffuser set is the best that I have tried so far and just put in an order for another one. The bottle is attractive, and I love the flowers inside. It makes a lovely decor piece. In the photo the sticks are look black, but the set I received has the light colored sticks, which is fine with me. I will continue to order as long as the product is being made. The palo santo candle from BBW is my FAVORITE of all time and they've discontinued it. I've been looking for a replacement and came across this. Obviously it's not a candle but the smell is perfect! The throw isn't very good so I have it in my small office at work. Highly recommend.
