resistor may let a little back flow
So I have a Ohio Navigation mini jumper and the old gators started to go bad and was hoping to find a decent replacement. These work nice and fit well. The resistor fuse pack is thick but I can work around that.Clamp strength is decent but I wish they could open a bit further.Overall there a decent replacement and for 12 volt they do wellI did notice a trickle of power in reverse but nothing that can cause any electronic fray unless left on for a few days.

These jumper cables fit into the jump pack and function well
These Jumper cables arrived without damage and were as described. This style may be suitable for several models of jump packs that use detachable cables. See photo number 3 for plug insert design. I got this set as a replacement for a failed cable, of another brand. I like the molding design of the plug on these clamps, it fits just snug, not overly tight. The other set I had fit way too tight and broke while trying to unplug them from the jump pack. I believe this cable design should resolve that issue moving forward, as they insert and remove easily. Also these cables have a light notifying you that the cables are making contact with the jumper pack and that it is safe to connect to the vehicle. They also give another prompt when to crank the car over. Essentially the cables are working as a processor, they are assessing, that you have positive to positive, negative to negative. Then it views your batteries current discharge level, coupled with the amount of power available from the jump pack. Once the cables sense all of this they give you the indicator to start the vehicle. This is a good safety design for some, others would prefer direct current. I am pleased with the fit and function of these cables and feel they are a good value, especially versus buying a whole new jump pack. Overall a good product that fits and functions correctly.
