Great Eclipse Glasses
Having experienced a major letdown with a pair of high-end eclipse glasses that surprisingly didn't allow me to view the eclipse, I turned to a more budget-friendly option that I found to be exceptionally reliable. The inexpensive eclipse glasses I purchased as a backup proved to be a saving grace, delivering a much better experience than I anticipated.First and foremost, these glasses were effective in filtering out the intense sunlight, allowing me to view the solar eclipse clearly and safely. The sun appeared in perfect detail, with the solar corona beautifully visible during totality. The filter was just the right shade to protect my eyes while not obstructing the view, which was my primary concern after my initial disappointment with the pricier pair. Moreover, the material of the glasses, while not as robust as the more expensive version, was sufficiently sturdy for the purpose. They were lightweight, comfortable, and held up well during the event without any signs of wear or tear. The simplicity of their design was an advantage, focusing purely on functionality without unnecessary frills. The value for money here cannot be overstated. These glasses did exactly what they were supposed to do at a fraction of the cost of higher-end models. It was a pleasant surprise that reminded me that sometimes, simpler and cheaper can indeed be better, especially when it comes to one-time event items like eclipse glasses. For anyone looking for a reliable, no-frills option for viewing solar phenomena, I highly recommend these inexpensive eclipse glasses. They are proof that you don't need to spend a fortune to safely enjoy the wonders of the solar system.

Basic eclipse glasses
These are not a high end product, but they function as designed. Too bad we didn’t really get to use them, we had complete cloud cover during the eclipse :(

24hrs after eclipse....
🌞 🌙 24hrs after the April 8th, 2024 eclipse I'm not noticing any eye issues. I bought these for my family and we all wore them. We didn't continuously stare at the sun. We would look maybe 10 seconds here and there over the course of an hour. These were actually darker than some of the ones that were handed out by the school. I know they are made in China, but they are certified. We checked them and could only barely see any light from a very bright LED flash light and couldn't see any indoor lights. I was able to use them as a filter for my phone too and it worked. I know they say it can take a while for eye problems to show up, but so far so good 👍🏼Ours had the ISO logo on the inside and everything. I saw others posted on here saying they didn't have the logo. Maybe a misprint? Anyways, my eye doctor told me if you can't see any indoor lights (or if you can they should be extremely faint) no scratches on them, if you can't see anything through them, then they are probably legit. A county in Flordia bought these and gave them out to the community. If the county bought a bunch of them, they must be legit. If anything changes with mine or my families eyes I'll definitely be back and update everyone. I'm very paranoid when it comes to our vision. I hope everyone got to enjoy the eclipse safely ♡These would be great for sun viewing at anytime, and the filters work well over the phone if you want good photos of the sun. 🌞

These are perfect!
Eclipse is March 29 so I needed glasses and these are the perfect glasses. I bought some in 2024 but not the same brand but the solar clip buses are perfect for 2025 2024 2023 2022 and we have to include 2026

They worked but...
Got these for the eclipse and immediately did a test when they arrived. I tried one on and gradually looked up towards the sun. All I saw was nothing then an orange ball. They worked as intended and advertised. Unfortunately, I did not examine every single one and on the day of the eclipse, I found 3 that were damaged as I was giving them out. That was a bummer. All three had part of the lense missing. For something that protected the eyes, you would thing the quality control standards would be a great deal better. Other than that, they worked. So if you plan on buying, please do but examine each pair to find defects.
