SaltWorks Ancient Ocean Himalayan Pink Salt, Fine Grain, 5 Pound Bag

The media could not be loaded. I really like the quality of this Himalayan salt. It is very fine, so it is really easy to use. When I am needing to refill a smaller salt shaker, the salt exits the bag very easily. In other words, the salt flows smoothly. In addition, this five pound bag has lasted a really long time. I purchased this bag of salt a while ago, and I am still using it. The value for the money is excellent, as far as I’m concerned. By the way, most people know that Himalayan salt is typically pretty expensive. That’s because it is extracted from Pakistan. Additionally, the beneficial properties are protected. Unlike the regular white table salt, this salt is not bleached. The iodide remains intact, as do other trace minerals. So, the bottoms line is that, for me, it’s worth the additional cost to pay for this product. By the way, the resealable package is wonderful, too. It opens and closes easily and keeps this Himalayan salt fresh.I really like that SaltWorks uses Optically Clean technology to ensure the quality of each and every salt grain. The fact that this company expends so much effort to protect the quality of its product says a lot about its focus. SaltWorks Himalayan salt is also free of chemicals and additives. That’s enough for me. I’m sold.

I use the SaltWorks Ancient Ocean Himalayan Pink Salt, Fine Grain for both cooking and table salt. Makes everything taste so much better. The grain size is just right, it's a nice pink color and provides the trace minerals that we miss out on. It comes in a heavy, resealable plastic bag.When I first bought this it seemed like I couldn't get enough of it, must be there was something in it that I was lacking, that passed though after a few weeks.I have been buying this for 5 or 6 years so you know I am happy with it!Also it doesn't seem to get "clumpy" like some of the other brands and it flows out of the package nicely.The 5 pound bag lasts a pretty long time. (there are 2 of us)If you are searching for a new salt alternative give this one a try :-)

My family has been using this exact salt for several years now. The price is good, the flavor is excellent and it provides the Iodine necessary.The fine grain is what we prefer and it is about the same texture/size as regular table salt. I had ordered the extra fine once, thinking that because every other company I ordered from I got very coarse salt I better get extra fine but the extra fine was too fine for my personal preference, almost a powder. The fine is perfect!Great tasting and healthier salt at a great price! I'm a happy camper!

These pink himalayan salts are really nice. There were big clumps in the bag but they came apart pretty easily. They come in a thick resealable bag, and the quality is very good. I recently used them in my homemade tension/pain relieving bath salts, which contain Dead Sea Salts, coarse grain Pink Himalayan Salts, CBD oil, olive oil, Calendula flowers and various aromatic, anti-inflammatory essential oils.This salt blend has been extremely effective in helping people with pain, tension and stiffness (especially my dad: he can move his frozen trigger finger comfortably for the first time in years after only one use- he soaks his hand in the salt blend in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes and it works miracles! No more injections or surgery!). The natural health benefits are completely undeniable and I'm ecstatic!These pink salts are pretty, healthy, and they dissolve easily in hot water. I can't speak to its effectiveness for cooking purposes, but it's wonderful for use in DIY bath/body products! Enjoy it!

Ok I’ve only researched pink salt for a short time to weirdly see people I respect say that a lot of pink salt is toxic and many other negative things on it including origins of where it is mined from. I can only say I have no idea if this company lies like some or not. Nor have I had It tested. Feel free to research yourself. I’m going with sea salt tho. I don’t trust anything anymore!!

I really like this salt! I got the fine salt, and I must say there is a difference in the taste than the last salt I got from another vendor. It must be all the minerals in it.
