It's OK
Having seen something similar, I thought I'd invest in one as I'm in the process of doing DIY jobs in the house. The first thing I noticed is that the device doesn't self-level; that means you have to zero it every time you turn it on which needs to be done on a flat surface - you just have to hope the surface is also flat. I overcame this by using an actual spirit level.Other than that, it's a great device and came with charge on it but the supplied USB cable certainly helps - although it's not very long. The laser lights are bright and do the job nicely and the option to change from degrees to percentage is quite nice. For the price, it does the job nicely however there are much better items on the market - for more investment of course.

A pocketable angle finder.
This compact device has a clear display and a simple interface. It can be used to measure the angle of almost any inclined surface, either directly, by placing it on or under the surface, or visually, using the laser beams as reference. The square metal case has magnets incorporated into the bottom edge, and the left and right laser lens on two others.A single button switches the device and the display on (the display will turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity, and the device itself after three minutes). Further presses turn on the the right, the left, and both lasers together, then off. A long press switches off from any mode. The middle button holds a reading or changes measurement units from degrees to percent and back. The third button is used to reset zero temporarily for comparative angle measurement and is also used to re-calibrate the device when required. Up and down arrows beside the readout indicate direction of deviation from level. The inclinometer is easy to use, and has a variety of applications. At its simplest, it can be used in place of a spirit level, but the precision of the readings makes it less intuitive to use in this way. A beep and a coarser setting option would help there. But for accurate angle measurements, it is indispensable. The laser beams are quite fine, and bright, but fade closer to the light source. This well-made measuring instrument comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging lead, and a cloth pouch case, and currently costs £27.90.

Great inclination/level gauge with clear readout and good magnetic hold
Another great addition to the toolkit and great for leveling pictures and in my case my TV. Also has the option to put a laser line out each side to line up other objects too.Definitely has good magnetic adhesion as my tv has a very thin bezel yet the level holds easily and was in no danger of falling. It has a good clear display and will tell you how far out of level (with an indicator to say which side is low or high) or can also be used to get the angle of an object or roof slope etc.As a DIYer its probably not an everyday use tool for me and with that being said maybe priced a little high but for a perfectionist tradesman (person) its ideal.
