It works!
I don't like writing these reviews and wish I could just answer some questions. So far the machine is working really well. For the size of the area, I was impressed that the humidity was gone pretty quickly. The noise level on high is a little strong, but kind of like a fan. I'm not so sure about the air quality although we haven't bee sneezing as much, so that's an indication that things are going well. It's a small machine, non-obtrusive, so far so good!

These fit my Tenergy Sorbi
These air filters are high quality and fit my Tenergy Sorbi perfectly! They are effective, and I can see fewer dust particles in my air now. These filters have a layer of foam at the edges, making it a snug fit in the compartment. This makes sure as much air gets filtered as possible! I am happy with these filters and will be getting them again, as they are a great deal for a multipack!

Good in a pinch
They fit, they are a good value, but I read that they aren't as HEPA as the Tenergy ones for the air purifiers/dehumidifiers we have. If none else were available I would buy again, but not otherwise.

How to insert this filter?
I agree with the 1/16/24 review that said these filters are missing the instruction for insertion that is on the filter from the Tenergy store. Danger of putting them in wrong is very real.

Unable to really rate this item b/c I haven’t used them yet but they like one that came with the dehumidifier

Machine still does not register they are in place
Do you Filters only have one way to go in and the light continues to flash on the machine like they weren’t even in. I’m stunned with the price of the unit itself and that the filters that go with it don’t work is amazing.
