Mastercool 70078 Torque Wrench 6-Head Kit

Installed 8 Mitsubishi minisplit units with two heat pumps and two branch boxes. The kit had everything I needed and it worked perfectly. UPDATE: 4 years later and no leaks onb40 flares, from 1/4 to 5/8.

It worked great but I wish the number marking were a little clear but did the job.

It is a little difficult to read the markings and accurately set the torque.Doesn't work from both directions, be careful that the arrow is in the right direction.It did what I needed and I am happy with the tool.

Works fine. A little disappointed that the wrench doesn't have typical torque wrench settings. I was hoping to use it for other applications, but it doesn't allow setting of a specific torque.

Bought this exclusively for a mini-plit install. Tried to get 13 foot pounds on 1/4 inch line and 24 foot lb on 3/8th lineset connection. Neither action produced a "click" to indicate that the desired torque setting had been reached. Had to go by feel for fear of overtightening the lineset connections. Later, I used it on scrap connectors and the torque wrench didn't reach its limit (click), no matter how hard I used tool, even at the lowest setting (less that 10 lb.). Totally worthless junk.

Should have a conversion table for different measurements!

I would like to hear click at the torque limit better

It worked just had to read the instructions on how to set the torque as it wasn't like others i have used.
