UPDATE : HEAD UNIT STARTED FLICKERING AND COMPLETELY WENT DARK, IT STILL WORKS BUT IM UNABLE TO SEE ANYTHING SO ITS STUCK ON A LOCAL STATION.....IVE EMAILED BUT NOONE HAS RESPONDED...STUCK WITH AN UNUSABLE SYSTEM. NOW......WAS GREAT FOR A FEW MONTHS ANYWAYEasy install, but one caution..the vehicle can be turned off while driving if u accidentally hit the start button.When I first installed I accidently hit it and car shut off on interstate, luckily I was able stop and restart without incident. You will also lose outside temperature. Other then that it's fantastic!

it's really a good product, extremely easy to install. the price is very reasonable, i really like it, looks perfect.

I really like this unit. It’s not a bad replacement considering the price. Installing wasn’t too bad either. My only problem is that I have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting my phone so that the stereo will connect via Bluetooth so that I can use CarPlay and that gets annoying fast. I got a new phone to see if that would solve the issue but it didn’t. Other than that I like it.

Spent more time taking out the old unit than installing this one. We have the base Mustang so install was pretty simple, BUT the hazard button was defective so there was not way to turn them off with the new stereo. I had to remove it and put the old stereo back in just to turn them off again. This happened each time I tried to reconnect the new unit. I'm going to order a replacement and I'll update my review and rating if everything works as intended. The hardest part for me was removing the factory cd player since the cables had no slack to see the connectors. I ended up taking pictures and using a small mirror to see the connectors. The connector with the red on it is the radio antenna, its on the passenger side of the back, the one that looks like 3 connectors are actually all connected, so you can remove by squeezing the center tab. There is one more that has a squeeze tab like the others. Hope this helps.

Purchased this head unit, three months in and it is completely dead. First the actual head unit went dark, which I could do without. Two days later my climate control has gone as well,

I've installed many car radios in my day and the thing that always demotes a star from my ratings is when the installation isn't easy to follow. I can say without a doubt, this is one of the easiest installs I've ever done. The directions are clear and make complete sense.In terms of the overall tech of this car radio, it's wonderful. The picture is clean and crisp, and the sound truly feels like the biggest upgrade; it's like having the highest quality surround sound! I had zero fit issues and it pairs with both Android and iPhone really easy, without posing any connectivity problems. Overall I can say that this is a definitely rec on my end! 10/10!

Could not install the radio due to the included wiring harness not being compatible. I went through the trouble of disassembling my entire dash and removing all my existing components. It was only when I went to install this item that I found the wiring was not compatible. The photos even showed my (exact) stereo in the 'before' image. I wasted a lot of time and effort for nothing. VERY frustrating experience. It looks interesting, but it's a total waste of time.
