The media could not be loaded. The product is really fun, all the kids loves them but would recommend just doing the setup as explained below to save time and energy the day before.1.) Use warm water for the gel balls, put loads (10% of pack) into a bunch of warm water in a glass as they'll expand quicker then.2.) Setup the battery as per the video, very easy to do just recharge when needed but they last a long time (haven't needed to charge yet)3.) Add the top connector bit, this is the only fiddly bit of the product so give yourself 5 mins to work this out, as per the video you don't actually need the plastic bit but it's just basically a screw, as long as it's in place and fairly secure you'll be alright.4.) After the gel balls are hydrated (90 minutes or so) pour any excess water and load with as many as you want (as per video)5.) Connect everything and go mad. They do hurt if you get hit on the skin though so would definitely recommend the glasses provided.

This was a fun toy to mess around with, comes with a variety of attachments as well so you can either shoot foam darts or gel balls (soak them first) and it comes with a decent amount of both. Would recommend

Battery ran out very quickly and can't be replaced so a complete waste of money

This is so much fun.. I spent the weekend waring with the kids as we have a few of these! Great fun!

The order arrived on time and is as described. Super fun gun! It takes a bit of attention to put together, but the final results are super fun. It will make a great xmas gift!
