Q: Can I put curlers on this wig?

The style I have would not allow for curlers. It has a bun.

Q: Would the $9.99 wig (w/ bun) fit a 4 year old? And would the glasses fit her face as well?

I bought the wig that came with the curlers (curlers come with the wig, but not attached to it) for theatrical purposes. I had a teenager with long hair wearing it to play an older lady. It fit her well, and it stayed in place during the performances. She was never adjusting it while on stage. She was probably wearing the wig about 2.5 - 3 hours at a time. I'm not sure how this would fit a young child. Unfortunately, with the pandemic, I don't have access to my costume room to have a younger child try it on. I know with my own children when they were little, I bought them child size wigs and now that they are pre-teens they wear adult wigs. If you decide to try, the wig caps are very helpful and you will probably want to have bobby pins on hand to help secure it to her head.
